    FAQs

Setting up a company in a free zone typically requires around 10 working days, assuming all the necessary documents from our provided checklist are submitted in their entirety. The process for obtaining the Establishment Card takes an additional 3 working days. Thanks to our strong connections with various free zones, we can establish the company without your physical presence!

Overall, women and children receive respectful treatment in Dubai and experience no significant limitations compared to men. Women have the freedom to dress as they choose and are not obliged to cover up. The only occasion when modest attire is required is when visiting government offices, which is a rule applicable to men as well. Additionally, women have the right to drive, just like men.

Yes, it's entirely feasible. You can establish a company in Dubai from Germany with the assistance of a professional firm like MBG. Only the visa and, if desired, the Emirates ID, would necessitate your presence in the country. You have the option to enter Dubai with a tourist visa and then execute a "status change" locally, or you can enter directly with the e-visa, which is commonly referred to as an entry visa, applied for through our services, thus avoiding the expenses associated with a status change. We recommend the more economical e-visa option. Once we've applied for the e-visa on your behalf, you must enter Dubai within the next 60 days; otherwise, it will expire, resulting in additional costs.

Establishing an FZE or FZC, commonly known as a Freezone Entity or Company, grants the owner a 3-year visa and employees a 2-year visa. The visas are extendable as long as the company remains operational.

The cost of living in the UAE is generally on par with that of Germany. While some items like fruits, vegetables, herbs, petrol, car insurance, private health insurance (PKV), services, and cars are considerably more affordable in the UAE, others like rent, mobile phone rates, clothing, and internet connections tend to be pricier.

Dubai experiences minimal crime, making it one of the world's safest cities. This safety isn't solely attributed to extensive video surveillance or hefty fines but is primarily a result of the absence of poverty. Dubai's residents are generally affluent, and expatriates can only enter if they are employed or have established their own businesses, contributing to low unemployment rates. Living in Dubai typically means having financial stability and earning an income.

Following the company formation, the visa application process begins, necessitating entry into Dubai. The medical check, involving a blood test and X-ray, is conducted on the first day of arrival, followed by biometric procedures, including an iris scan and fingerprinting, around 14 working days later (only 5 days for Express service). The visa stamping is then processed in an additional 2-3 working days. Subsequently, you are free to exit the country. The Emirates ID is typically issued after an additional 2 working days, but we can arrange to receive it on your behalf and send it to you!
