MBG is currently seeking trainees to join our Accounting & Indirect tax Team. Specific responsibilities include-
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
- Handle month end closing
- Assist in checking invoice from VAT point of view
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Review Monthly/Quarterly VAT Returns
- Support the senior staff members in completion of assignments
- Coordination with the client for providing working papers of accounting & VAT
- Perform compliance & analytical procedures to ensure that transactions are compliant with vat
- Attend meetings with the client and senior team members
Requirements:
- ACCA, Strategic level student or equivalent/ Bachelor Degree or equivalent diploma in Accounts
- At least 1 years of handling full sets of accounts
- Experience in Tax (VAT/Excise/Customs) will be an advantage
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be organized and hard-working
- Must be Chinese National
- Must be based in UAE
