Core Responsibilities and Tasks:
As a Consultant, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients
- Assist in various Internal Audit and AML/CFT compliances Assignments for Financial Institutions
- Assist in Drafting of SOP’s, etc.,
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
- Keep up to date with local laws and regulations, national business and economic issues
- Working closely with external clients to collaborate and finalize the engagement
- Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your company’s brand
Qualifications:
- Ideally a CA/ CPA or ACCA qualified with 2-3 years of Internal Audit / Compliance experience in any International Accounting firm (preferably Big 7)
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- A strong track record in Audit excellence and technically sound in the latest accounting & Auditing standards
- Experience in Exchange House, Insurance, Brokerage and Asset Management in UAE will be preferred
- Strong Leadership qualities and a passion in grooming talents in the firm
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- The candidates must possesses proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
