- Researching Database Online and Search Engine
- Make telephone calls to prospects
- Set up Appointments with prospective clients
- Initiate Email campaigns
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Maintain timely Follow-up’s with prospective clients
- Maintain professional relationship with existing clients to cross sell and keep the clients updated
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
- Attend campaign briefings
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients services and the objectives of specific campaigns
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
Telesales Representative Need to have the following attributes to be effective on the job:
- Outbound with UAE or Qatar or Ras Al-Khaimah cold calling experience
- Expert in Leads Generation
- Experienced in Appointment setting
- Expertise in sourcing online database
- Sales driven person and goal oriented

- Proven track record in a sales environment
