Extension of Time for Annual Filings – MCA Announcement

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), on receipt of representations from various stakeholders, had on 29th day of October, 2019, extended the due date of filing of financial statements in prescribed e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS) AOC-4 XBRL upto 30th day of November, 2019 and of filing of Annual Return in prescribed e-form MGT-7 upto 31st day of December, 2019 by companies without levy of additional fee providing a much needed relief to the stakeholders.   Contact us for more information.
