MCA News Updates on KYC of Directors

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), on receipt of representations from various stakeholders, had on 30th day of September, 2019, notified the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2019 vide which the due date of submission of Form DIR-3 KYC and DIR-3 KYC WEB has been extended from 30th September 2019 to 14th October 2019 providing a much-needed relief to the stakeholders.   The non-filing of director’s KYC results in instant deactivation of the Director Identification Number (DIN) of the director, which can be reactivated only by filing the Form DIR-3 KYC with the enhanced government filing fee of Rs. 5,000/- for each director.   Contact us for more information.
