15th August 2017 is the last date to upload the Service Tax Returns for the period 1st April 2017 to 30th June 2017.

Dear All, This is for your kind update and information that as GST is getting rolled out from 1^st July 2017 in the country, CBEC as per Notification No. 18/2017 dated 22^nd June 2017 has notified the following:

• 15^th August 2017 is the last date to upload the Service Tax Returns for the period 1^st April 2017 to 30^th June 2017.
• The return shall be uploaded in the format ST-3 / ST-3C
• This return can be revised within a period of 45 Days from the date of submission of the last return.
• It is further suggested to file this last return filed before filing TRANS1 with Utmost Caution as the Revision of this return after filing TRANS1 will have the following    implications:
• If the revision leads to Increase in ITC claimed:

Additional ITC claimed in such revised service tax return will not be allowed to be migrated to GST and No refund of the same shall also be permitted.

• If the Revision leads to reduction in the ITC credit claimed:
