Resumption of Business Operations of Industrial / Commercial Establishment in Gurugram, Haryana During the Lockdown 3.0

Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued an order under the Disaster Management Act, 2005, and extended the lockdown for a further period of two weeks till May 17, 2020. MHA also issued new guidelines to regulate different activities in this period, the entire country has been color-coded into Red, Orange, and Green Zones. The Government of India and Haryana have brought out various guidelines and advisories on the various aspects of pandemic. Since Gurugram has a unique industrial and workforce mix, owning to its adjacency to Delhi and various NCR cities, the District Administration has decided to go for more stringent measures in resumption of business operations of industrial/commercial establishments, to safeguard the interest of various stakeholders.   • Assistance in carrying out the online registration process on the dedicated web portal of Saral Haryana;
  • Assistance in drafting of the detailed Standard Operating Procedures as prescribed by the Ministry of Home Affairs;
  • Assistance in drafting various ancillary documentation e.g. declaration, board resolution for authorization and / or letter of authorization, etc.;
  • Collation of other supporting documents such as Registration Certificate of Establishment, Proof for Continuous Process or Unit Falling in Export Oriented Units (EOU) or Special Economic Zones (SEZ) or Industrial estates (IE), etc.;
