• Head office receives additional order requests from 70+ stores every day. Replenishment Analysts validate, create purchase orders, and place orders to the suppliers.

The Solution

• The process was automated end-to-end leveraging the RPA tool.
• Stores send additional order request to bot mail. Bot validates data, creates consolidate file and send exceptions to the stores for corresponding Replenishment Analyst(RA) approval.
• Bot create Purchase Orders and notify to the stores based on RAs request
