He has deep experience in cross-border compliance, taxes, finance and techno-commercial domains, and has also led sales and operations.
Naresh provides leadership to overall operations, delivering consistent growth over the years. He has led multiple verticals over 20 years including power and water, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, regional shared service organizations and corporate headquarters. He has worked with government agencies to win grants and resolve complex financial and compliance issues. He has served on executive committees and compliance boards of companies. He has extensive experience in various aspects of strategy, deal structuring, finance, commercial, accounting and others.
