Mahmood Badri has more than three decades of extensive finance and accounting experience in the government, semi-government, and private sectors. He made history in the UAE by becoming the first head of the Tax Returns and Payment Department at the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
Before joining FTA, Mr. Badri served as Finance Assistant Director at Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ) for 14 years.
Peeyush Joardar has more than 27 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. In addition to providing advice to numerous global corporations on their Indian ventures, he has also worked closely with several Japanese companies operating in India. He has worked in the GCC for over 20 years.
Mr. Joardar has expertise in areas such as strategy, planning and execution, business process re-engineering, financial and business restructuring, commercial operations, legal matters, statutory compliance, and start-ups.
Naveen Chawla is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He provides advice to our clients and is available to assist with ICV, audit matters, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
With over 18 years of experience in India and UAE, Mr. Chawla specializes in ICV and audits, as well as internal control and risk management of medium and large enterprises.
