Scope of work
- A major Exchange House with more than 30+ branches in the UAE, approached us to conduct MLTF risk Assessment.
- The Exchange house wanted that the processes in place were streamlined in line with the regulatory requirements as per the UAE regulations.
Execution Strategy
- Identification of various instances of non compliance with mandatory CBUAE regulations.
- Documentation Review and Submission of Observation tracker
- Submission of ML/FT Risk Assessment Matrix.
Success
- Assisted the management in enhancing the AML Compliance function and their operations.
- Strengthening the system controls and processes with in the organization as a whole.
