A major  petrochemical client had scheduled inspection program existing in place. The client faced challenges in minimizing inspection cost and inspection time. Client also has issue in unexpected equipment downtime.

• Evaluated Integrity Risks of operational assets, and prioritized inspection of assets based on risk ranking/rating.
• Assets with very low risk and/or are of non-critical in nature was either excluded from inspection or was given a low inspection frequency, in order to save time and cost.
• Assignment of Damage Mechanisms (DMs) to assets, and implementation of Corrosion Control Program through process parameter optimization. Optimization of Condition Monitoring Locations (CMLs)
