MBG was appointed by an organization that was engaged in manufacturing activities for automobile industry and has employee base of more than 200 people. MBG was engaged for review of

- Development & Optimization,
- KRA Development
Approach
The approach used by MBG to perform this project:
- Discussion with the Management and finalization of employees under our scope of Purview.
- Meeting with all the employees and understand the role, occupancy level
- Development of OS, identification of employees, resp. required to reshuffled
- Submission of Report, OS, Drafted KRAs of the employees
- Finalization of OS, KRA post incorporating Management inputs
Results and Benefits
- Employees were now fully occupied in the day to day activities.
- Reporting line was formed and clearly defined with in the Organization, Division and Departments.
- KRA report was prepared and the said employees were allotted more responsibilities.
- Organization Structure was created with clear reporting line across the Teams.
- KRAs were clearly defined with respect to expectations in terms of performance.
