Scope of Work
To develop the manual in line with rules and regulations to provide consistency, clarity and improvement of services, and with the automation requirement for the Purchasing module our work was to develop update, develop the Client’s Procurement & Contracts policy and procedures manual and Delegation of Authority Matrix and for the following processes:
- Governance Framework
- Purchasing methods
- Vendor selection and management
- Purchase planning
- Purchase requisition
- Purchase order
- Contracts
Outcome
- Gap Report
- Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOP) preparation and process mapping
- Training on “to-be” policies & procedures
Value added
As a value added service provided a Gap Analysis report to the client along with control tool which highlighted the controls embedded within the Procurement Manual. Furthermore, we conducted training on ‘to-be’ Policies and Procedures.
