THREE MORE DESIGNATED ZONES ADDED BY FEDERAL TAX AUTHORITY

The FTA has added 3 new Designated Zones to the existing list as Cabinet Decision No. (43) of 2019 on Amending the List of Designated Zones.

All of the new Designated Zones are in Ras Al Khaimah emirate:

1. Al Hamra Industrial Zone – Free Zone
2. Al Ghail Industrial Zone – Free Zone
3. Al Hulaila Industrial Zone – Free Zone

The above Free Zone should be treated as Designated Zone w.e.f effective from July 4, 2019
