• Rashi Paliwal is Partner in the Indirect Tax practice of MBG Corporate Advisors. She is having 12+ years of experience in tax advisory, compliances and litigation in both industry and consultancy firms including Big 4s.
• Rashi has handled important tax assignments for varied industries viz. telecommunications, tour and travel, residential and commercial real estate (including special economic zones {SEZ}), hospitality services, non banking financial corporations (NBFC), publishing houses etc.
• She has expertise on issues related to taxation of income in real estate sector for both commercial and real estate. She has also co-authored two books on Goods and Services Tax (GST) forwarded by the then finance Minister Late Mr. Arun Jaitely and published by LexisNexis in 2016 titled ‘GST-Concept and Roadmap’.Rashi is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) of India and holds the degree of Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) from Delhi University, India.
