Extension of time lines for electronic filing of various Forms under the Income-tax Act, 1961 (“ITA”)

On the basis of challenges faced by the Tax Payers, in electronic filing of certain Forms under the provisions of the Income Tax Laws, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), extended the due dates for the electronic filing of various Forms as follows:-
