Extension of time for submission of Annual Return for the Financial Year 2021-22 by FSSAI

Food Safety & Standard Authority of India (FSSAI), upon receipt of several representations, vide order number RCD-01002/1/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI dated 02^nd June 2022 has extended the due date of filing of Annual Return from 31^st May 2022 to 30^th June 2022 for the financial year 2021-22.

Earlier, FSSAI vide its order number 15(31)2020/FoSCoS/RCD/FSSAI dated 18^th December 2020 and RCD-01001/4/2021-Regulatory –FSSAI dated 29^th April 2022 had mandated the online submission of Annual Return by all Manufacture & Exporter only through FoSCoS portal.
