Ministry of Corporate Affairs Updates in Relation to Extension of Time for Filing E-Forms on V3 Portal
MCA issued General Circular 04/2023 dated 21.02.2023
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in continuation with the General Circular No. 01/2023 dated January 09, 2023, pertaining to the launch of a new version of 45 e-forms on the MCA V3 portal and General Circular 03/2023 dated 07.02.2023 to allow an extension of 15 days to enable stabilizing the process for filing these forms, decided to allow a further additional time for filing these 45 forms till March 31, 2023, without any additional fees to
the stakeholders.
The applicability of above-said extension would be applicable to e-forms whose due date falls between February 07, 2023, and February 28, 2023. Further, Form PAS-3 whose due date falls between January 20, 2023, to February 28, 2023, can also be filed without payment of additional fees till 31.03.2023
