Ministry of Corporate Affairs Updates in Relation to Extension of Time for Filing E-Forms on V3 Portal
MCA issued General Circular 03/2023 dated 07.02.2023
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in continuation with the General Circular 01/2023 dated January 09, 2023, pertaining to the launch of a new version of 45 e-forms on the MCA V3 portal to enable stabilizing the process for filing these forms, decided to allow an extension of 15 days for filing of these forms, without any additional fees to the stakeholders.
Further, MCA has also allowed an extension of 15 days for filing e-form PAS-3 whose due date for filing falls between January 20 2023 to February 06, 2023.
