The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a notification dated 30 December 2025, granting relaxation in respect of additional fees and extension of time for filing Financial Statements and Annual Returns under the Companies Act, 2013.
As per the notification, companies are permitted to complete their annual filings for the financial year 2024–25 up to 31 January 2026, without payment of any additional fees.
This relaxation is applicable to the following e-forms:
All other provisions and requirements as specified in General Circular No. 06/2025 shall remain unchanged.
This relaxation aims to ease the compliance burden on companies and further supports the Government’s objective of promoting ease of doing business while ensuring statutory compliance.
