Research Methodology
Understand the client’s/projects’ requirements from the channel partner in order to proceed with the study.
Identify a long list of 20-25 companies/Partners that match the profile of the required company given by the client
The client then shortlisted the number of companies/partners they are interested to proceed with
Complete due diligence of the shortlisted companies (Financial and the legitimate nature of the business)
Further shortlisted to a list of 7-8 partners/companies after the complete due diligence
Set-up virtual meetings (Shortlisted companies and the client) on mutually decided date and time
Deliverables
Company profiles of the shortlisted companies (Due Diligence report)
