With a view to supplement the ease of doing business initiative in India, MCA had vide its notification dated 7th day of June, 2021 notified Companies (Incorporation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2021 (Hereinafter referred to as the “Amended Rules”).
The Amended Rules has notified new e-form AGILE –PRO -S and have enabled stakeholders to obtain registration under Shops and Establishment Act of the respective state along with the application for incorporation of a Company in India.
