The Institute of Company Secretaries of India issued a notification dated 28th January 2026, informing that the Registrar of Companies (ROC), National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, will conduct physical hearings on the 15th and 30th of every month, from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 P.M. These hearings would help in addressing service delivery–related issues faced by stakeholders and to be able to provide them with an opportunity for direct interaction and clarification of concerns.
Where the 15th or 30th of any month falls on either a Saturday or Sunday, the hearing shall be held on the next working day, at the same time and venue, so that stakeholders are not inconvenienced.
During these sessions, stakeholders would be provided with the opportunity to raise and discuss issues they may be facing. These may include concerns related to Central Registration Forms (CRFs), technical issues, annual filing matters, pre-filing queries, and other related procedural or compliance-related difficulties.
To ensure smooth and effective handling of issues, individuals attending the hearing or representing matters before the ROC are being requested to carry all the relevant documents related to their grievance or query.
Where the representation is made on behalf of a company, proper authorization is required, and a valid authorization letter or Power of Attorney from the concerned company is to be presented for verification and consideration.
