The Client was a recruitment company based out of Singapore and was looking into venturing into the UAE market for which he was looking into partnering with a similar recruitment companies in the UAE.

• Understand the client’s/projects’ requirements from the channel partner in order to proceed with the study.
• Identify a long list of 20-25 companies/Partners that match the profile of the required company given by the client
• The client then shortlisted the number of companies/partners they are interested to proceed with
• Complete due diligence of the shortlisted companies (Financial and the legitimate nature of the business)
• Further shortlisted to a list of 7-8 partners/companies after the complete due diligence
• Set-up virtual meetings (Shortlisted companies and the client) on mutually decided date and time
